Our tax practice advises
International clients on in-country and cross-border corporate taxation and
other tax matters. We advise in particular regarding structuring of
International operations and frequently have a leading role in implementing
International restructurings engineered by ourselves or other advisors. The firm
also represents clients in procedures such as tax rulings and audits.
CORPORATE LAW
Our corporate law practice advises
on corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, business trusts,
associations and foundations in multiple jurisdictions. We form such entities,
establish branches, deal with ongoing corporate formalities, ensure ongoing
compliance, draft deeds and agreements, structure financing and assist with all
related regulatory work.
We also assist our clients with the preparation of a wide variety of
legal documentation and often coordinate the activities of the multiple advisors
involved in complex International transactions.
